To all of my Clients and all Real Estate Professionals,

It was a pleasure and an honor for you to allow me to perform your Home Inspection. I hope you were pleased with the overall inspection and my thoroughness so hopefully you can now make a more knowledgable decision on the purchase of the property.

Click on the picture and when prompted, enter the username and password that was given to you at the inspection.

The first part of the report is the Summary which is most important to the Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, and Appraisers. All of the defects are listed on these pages with photos and are seperated from the Full Report for easier negotiations between the buyers, sellers, and their Agents.

The second part is the Full Report which has everything in the summary but it also has all of the informational stuff that Buyers should know about the property.
